#TenTweetsThursday with @juice005

Happy Thorsday, comics fans! After hosting 100 guests, it seemed time to put myself in the hot seat. I am Aaron Long, the EiC of Comicosity and can be found on twitter at @juice005. My Ten Tweets answers lie below….thanks for reading!

#1 What is the first comic you remember reading?

Transformers #74 (’91) – one of the first things I ever read on my own….

#2 You can only pick two: all time favorite comic book characters?

Captain America, Doctor Doom & Thor. Shifts between those three depending which way the wind blows.

#3 What is your favorite series arc, limited or mini-series of all time?

Captain America: Winter Soldier, with Planetary in a very close second place.

#4 How do you read your comics? Print, digital, trades?

Digital & trades. I live in the middle of nowhere with no access to a shop, so digital is the life for me.

#5 What do you consider to be the most “obscure” title you read?

Tiger Lawyer by Ryan Ferrier. Nothing else like it, that’s for sure.

#6 You get to pick three: Favorite writers (current or of all time)?

Ed Brubaker, Jonathan Hickman, Brian Michael Bendis

#7 What is your favorite comic collector’s item?

My signed copy of The Homeland Directive by Robert Venditti & Mike Huddleston.

#8 As a reader do you tend to stick to a specific publisher, follow creative teams or follow characters?

All of the above!

#9 You get to pick three (again): Favorite artists?

Steve Epting, Stuart Immonen, Olivier Coipel

#10 What was the last comic you read before answering these questions?

Captain Marvel #1 by Kelly Sue DeConnick and David Lopez
