#1 What is the first comic you remember reading?

The first comic I ever read was PowerPuff Girls #9. Best comic reading decision ever!

#2 You can only pick two: all time favorite comic book characters?

I would say Superman, and Spider-Man. No matter who writes them, I always love the morals they stand for.

#3 What is your favorite series arc, limited or mini-series of all time?

Savage Wolverine, the Frank Cho issues was my all time favorite series arc. It started me on my undying love for Wolverine. 🙂

#4 How do you read your comics? Print, digital, trades?

A little of all 3. I read print almost always. I only buy trades if I missed out on buying print. Digital is the last resort for me.

#5 What do you consider to be the most “obscure” title you read?

Definitely DeadHorse by Eric Grissom. Although I’m hoping after everyone reads this they go buy it. It’s a lot of fun!

#6 You get to pick three: Favorite writers (current or of all time)?

I have so many favorites, so this is tough! My top 3 would have to be J.M. DeMatteis, Matt Fraction and Darwyn Cooke.

#7 What is your favorite comic collector’s item?

My favorite item is a painting of Wolverine done by Franco from NYCC. It’s beautiful.

#8 As a reader do you tend to stick to a specific publisher, follow creative teams or follow characters?

I usually stay true to creators, because I already love how they write characters. I have however followed Daredevil everywhere!

#9 You get to pick three (again): Favorite artists?

There are so many great artists, but my favorites are: David Aja, Darwyn Cook, and Fiona Staples.

#10 What was the last comic you read before answering these questions?

The last comic I read was Phantom Stranger #16. It’s so wonderful!
