#1 What is the first comic you remember reading?

That’s a toss-up: It was either Donald Duck, a Ramayana adaptation, or Tintin (The Blue Lotus). My Mum loved me, basically.

#2 You can only pick two: all time favorite comic book characters?

This required a bit of fighting (most of it not being “to the death”): Eliminating X-characters… Hellboy & Judge Dredd.

#3 What is your favorite series arc, limited or mini-series of all time?

I probably have one from every company, but I’ll go with Dredd in “The Cursed Earth.”
::waits for Older Him to show up from the future::

#4 How do you read your comics? Print, digital, trades?

¡C-c-c-COMBO!

I use all of my Marvel digital codes, double-buy Image during sales, trades again for faves (even DC!) occasional Omnibus

#5 What is your favourite independent comic you feel everyone should be picking up?

A few times, I’ve practically [hounded/growled at] people to pick up Pretty Deadly.

“¿What the f%€£ are you waiting for? Buy the book.”

#6 You get to pick three: Favorite writers (current or of all time)?

Gaiman, DeConnick, Aaron

I could probably fiddle with that list, but I have a guitar and am not afraid to fight you over these.

#7 What is your favorite comic collector’s item?

Okay, I suppose it depends on what counts, but my prime answer is Uncanny X-Force Vol. 2 #16 by Humphries:

#8 As a reader do you tend to stick to a specific publisher, follow creative teams or follow characters?

I’ll probably buy anything feat. Cable, I’ll follow the writers I’ve listed, but I’ll pick up just about any Image book on a whim.

#9 You get to pick three (again): Favorite artists?

J.H. Williams, Dean White, Jerome Opeña

#10 What was the last comic you read before answering these questions?

Shutter #3, coincidental to my earlier answers. Add in my love of photography, ¡and a cast whose diversity should be the norm, to boot!
