DC Comics Announces TRINITY OF SIN Ongoing

trinsinPandora, The Phantom Stranger and The Question have hated each other for centuries…and nothing has changed! Bound by their individual transgressions to walk the earth for eternity, now in their new ongoing series, just announced by NEWSARAMA, the Trinity of Sin are forced to work together!

TRINITY OF SIN, written by J.M. DeMatteis with art by Yvel Guichet and Jason Gordon, will pick up with the characters Pandora and the Stranger, following the ending of their solo series in September, and bring in The Question on a quest to save humanity and uncover the darkest secrets of the universe.

DeMatteis told NEWSARAMA, “With Trinity of Sin we’ve got three characters who are, essentially, loners — who, for the most part, don’t particularly like each other (and that’s putting it gently) — but they’ve got to come together for the greater good.

Each one of these characters alone is fascinating, but here we get to throw them together, using their interactions to illuminate them as individuals and as a group.

And of course we’re dealing with great themes: the nature of sin and evil, self-perception vs. world-perception, the search for redemption.

And all of it’s wrapped up in a juicy cosmic conflict with the fate of humanity on the line and a massively powerful, supremely nasty villain at the center of the action.”

TRINITY OF SIN #1 arrives on October 15th.
